Unforgettable Cousin Reunion in Bemidji Minnesota with Games and Bonding Activities

This past summer, 25 out of 29 cousins gathered in the beautiful family resort of Bertelson Corner out side of Bemidji, Minnesota, for a reunion that will be etched in our memories forever. The sun shone brightly, and laughter filled the air, creating the perfect backdrop for 5 days of fun, games, and family bonding.

The excitement was palpable as cousins arrived from nearby states and even farther locations, each bringing unique stories and experiences. It was heartwarming to reconnect, reminisce about childhood adventures, and share updates about our lives. Games Galore

To kick off the reunion, we organized a variety of games suited for all ages. Badminton , shuffleboard, and horseshoes were the games for the week. The badminton court buzzed with energy as cousins rallied back and forth, showcasing their skills. It was no surprise that the badminton matches drew some intense competition. Also very completive and fun to watch was the shuffleboard and horseshoes.

The laughter and playful rivalry enhanced the experience. One cousin noted that he hadn’t played badminton in over a decade, yet he managed to score the most points in a competitive match, much to everyone’s surprise. This was a fantastic way to break the ice, getting everyone involved, regardless of age or skill level. The spirit of friendly competition brought us closer, and the precious memories created during these games will surely be cherished for years to come.
